She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hartman and Charlotte Hartman (Schorpp); her former husband Jim Leach; and her brother Ron Hartman. She is survived by: her husband Bernie; her sons, Todd Leach (Sara) and Greg Leach; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Jake, Adam, Scarlett, Tosha, Noell, Allison and Taycee. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (3209 60th St, Moline, IL 61265).

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
