She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcel "Mike" Dhuynslager and Anna Van Dhuynslager (Blomme); and her husband Joseph "Bill" Grota. She is survived by: her son Michael Grota (Cindi) of Castle Pines, CO; her grandchildren, Kari Compean, Morgan Grota and Roland Kahakui; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Compean, Alexander Compean and Roman Grota.
