She was predeceased by: her parents, Maryan "Mike" Kuberski and Alexandria Kuberski (Sumowski); her husband John R. Carton; her daughter Mary; and her siblings, Antoinette Dhooge, Julius, Walter, Thomas, Felix, Marshall and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Hawkins (Bryan), Pat Retzl (Bob), Paul Carton (Anne), Joan Heaton (Dave) and Bill Carton (Tracy); and her son-in-law Mike Bureau. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 6 step-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church - Moline (1307 17th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Church or Alleman High School.
