She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Jergenson and Esther Jergenson (Swenson); her sister Linda; her children, Michael and Michelle; and her grandchildren, Justin and Toni.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Blackaby; her children, Lisha Steiniger, Ronda Ritsema (Troy), Patricia Clemons (Curtis), Crystal Stahler (John) and Charlene Samuelson (Dave); and her brothers, Robert Jergenson (Sandy) and Roger Jergenson (Brenda). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
