Gerald L. Dorcey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald L. Dorcey of Moline, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Dorcey and Beatrice Dorcey (Tusler); and his sister Penny Dorcey. He is survived by: his sister Sandra Mettee (Steven); his niece Cassie Johnson (Chad); his nephew Michael Hayes; his great-niece Amber Ward (Joe); his great-nephew Brett Johnson (Justine); and also, Sofia Ward, Ethan Ward and Harper Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
Memorials may be made to Fort Armstrong, Rock Island.
