Cook of Moline, IL and Corinne Cook of Rock Island, IL; her daughters-in-law, MaryAnn Cook of Las Vegas, NV and Jacque Cook of Arizona; her grandchildren, CoriAnn Cook (Toby Hanson) of Florida, Meagan Cook (AJ Sherwin) of Oregon, John Paul Cook of Ft. Collins, CO and George Joseph Cook of Las Vegas, NV; and her close friend Judy Lambert of East Moline, IL.. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
