He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Micklewright and Betty Micklewright of Davenport; and his brother Darrell Micklewright of Kalispell, Montana.. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon; and his siblings, Deb Coonts (Kevin) of Davenport, Dean Micklewright (Denise) of Davenport and Dale Micklewright of Davenport.
