He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair H. Norton and Hazel S. Norton (Johnson); his daughter Rebecca Norton; and his siblings, Ray and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Darrell Norton (Kim), David Norton, Darren Norton, Mari and Damon Norton; his grandchildren, Jared, Drake, Becca, Sivi, Montana, Clayton and Jesse; his great grandchildren, Celeste, Ezekial, Sophia, Maddox and Oakley; and his brother Edward Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints East Moline (4800 Kennedy Dr, East Moline, IL 61244).
