He is survived by: his wife Maxine Cruse; his daughters, Diana Plotner and Linda James (Kenny); his grandchildren, Nick Plotner (Sara), Danielle Johnson (Aaron), Amber Clain (Zack) and Brandon Morris; and his siblings, Rick Cruse, Lenny Cruse, Atha Philhower and Doris Nickell.
