She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Vincent Steele and Ivis Ernestine Sargent Steele (Betty); her son Charles Jr.; and her siblings, Ivis Bonnetta Schwartz, Vondeen Mollenhauer and Verlon Ogle.
She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Kathleen Piliponis Ripley (Edward Ripley), Eric Michael Ripley (Lauren Calandruccio), Jonathan Vincent Ripley (Stacy Young-Ripley), Kieran Michael, Kai Francesca, Stacy and Dean Solo; her brother Paul Steele; and also Theresa Meegan. She is also survived by The many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
