With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Benjamin J. Vroman Jr. of Moline, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Benjamin J. Vroman Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Vroman, and Anne Vroman, Sr. (Verick); his wife Jan Erikson of Mary's Church; his son Chad Vroman (Victoria); his grandsons, Cameron and Carson; his siblings, Donna Connelly, Diane Carlson and Jim Vroman (Stephanie Scott) of Des Moines, IA; and his brother-in-law Jim Cewe (Melinda) of Port Byron, IL. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family to be used toward a memorial park bench in the city of Moline that he loved.
