She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Armstrong and Mary Armstrong (Pedigo); and her husband Billy E. Simpson. She is survived by: her daughters, Jean (John Inhelder), Billie (Roger Nelson) and Mary (Bob Mings); her grandchildren, Jen Meier (Paul) of Bettendorf, Jaime Inhelder of Davenport, Stacy Boatman (Rick Jared) of Hampton, Mandy Stinemetz of Loudonville, Lissa Mings of Roseville and Lane Mings (Hillary) of Knoxville, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Kyleigh, John Meier, Brittany Agnew, Kayla Figley (Trey), Sierra, Alexa Stinemetz, Brandon King and Brinley Mings; her great great grandchildren, Jaden, Jayce and Maci Mae Agnew; and her siblings, Frank Armstrong, Jr. of Ohio, Mary Ann Finch of Preemption and Gwen Shaver (Francis) of Monmouth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
