He is survived by: his mother Celia Castro; his wife Bertha Arroyo of Garcia; his children, Omar Garcia (Yessica) of Augusta, Georgia and Araceli Garcia of Moline; his grandson Santiago Garcia; and his siblings, Luis, Marisol, Salvador, Guadalupe, Jose Juan, Ricardo, Javier, Maria Esther, Fernando and Liliana.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trimble Funeral Home (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265).
