She was predeceased by: her father Patrick Smith; her husband Perry M. Krokidas Sr.; and her sibling Marion Valenteyus. She is survived by: her children, Perry Jr. (Lisa McClowry-Krokidas) and Lynne Serrato (Michael); her grandchildren, Lesley Serrato-Murphy and Mitchell Serrato; her great grandchild Hank Murphy; and her siblings, Lillian Smith, Theresa Krueger, Sister Kathleen Smith and Joseph P Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jenny's name to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
