She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Malek and Irene Malek (Meduga); her brother Glenn Malek; her parents-in-law, Robert and Ann Shostok; her siblings-in-law, Mary Berszoner, John Berszoner and Robert Shostok; and her nephew Matthew Berszoner.
She is survived by: her husband James Shostok; her children, Stephanie Shostok (Basil Zager) and Nicholas Shostok; her siblings, Karen Ellers, Richard Malek (Janice Lewandowski), Sandra Arthurs (Bob) and Jim Malek; her siblings-in-law, Susan Malek, Michael Shostok, Thomas Shostok, Richard Shostok and Paul Shostok; her nieces and nephews, Elyce Herman (Bob), Kristin Dustman (Joe) and Steve Arthurs; her great-nephew Beckett Herman; and her pets, Nina, Ellie May and Sebastian.
