She was predeceased by: her husband Henry F. "Red" Kubiszak; her mother Harriet Sikorski; her sister Harriet Walczak (late Al); and her parent-in-law Casimir. She is survived by: her children, Donna Quinlan (John), Janice White (Tom) and Kevin Kubiszak (Grace Castaneda); her grandchildren, Laurie Michalek (Brent), Michael Quinlan (Tessa) and Amy Petry (Jimmy); her stepgrandchildren, Sean (Stacy), Katie and Erin White; her great grandchildren, Justin, Gavin, Ava, Anthony, Addisyn and Alexis; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Aiden and Finn; her brother Leonard Kosiara (late Irene); and her mother-in-law Victoria Kubiszak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
