She was predeceased by: her father George. She is survived by: her pets, Snowball, Lexi, Cyrus, Zoey, Oliver and Daisy; her husband Greg Mikula; her children, Kyle (Emily) and Julia; her granddaughter Eleanor; and her brothers, Mike (Marilyn) and Greg (Cathy).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN).
