She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Svoboda and Marcella Svoboda; her sister Nancy Svoboda; and her sister-in-law Lillian Svoboda. She is survived by: her husband James R. Cook; her children, Michael Cook (Barbara), Thomas Cook, Mary Ann Murphy (Ken), Pam Schibli (Frank) and Dan Cook (Diane); and her siblings, Daniel Svoboda (late Mary Ellen) and Joan McGeever (late Jack). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Jean's name to Lightways Hospice would be appreciated.
