He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Mentus; his parents, Peter Rusnak and Mary Rusnak; and his siblings, Joseph, Steven, Paul, James Rusnak, Kathleen Keel and Mary Kaderabek.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Lynn Lazo, Brian Mentus (Christi) and Lori Grybas (David).
