He is survived by: his wife June Lanzafame (Gerstung); his children, Chris Michau (Jason), Gina Franker (Steve), Carla Dvorak (Jeff) and Nicholas Lanzafame; his grandchildren, Cassidy Michau (Nick Stamatkin), Alec Glinski (Faith), Alyssa Bandura (Nick), Tessa Dvorak and Max Dvorak; his siblings, Maria Roney (Norman), Dorothea Calvano (Robert) and Phillip Lanzafame (Christine); and his sister-in-law Joyce Lanzafame.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
