He was predeceased by: his father Frank Joseph Izzo. He is survived by: his mother Dawn Marie; his siblings, Madison Marie Izzo and Vincent Joseph Izzo; and his grandparents, Carmel, Debra Coco, Bruce Izzo and Cynthia Hinds (Denny). He is also survived by his family and friends.
