He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kolavo and Mary Kolavo (Stefanich). He is survived by: his wife Ann Kolavo (Cassidy); his children, Terri, Craig, Jackie and Christopher; and his sisters, Dorothy and Emily.

St Mary's Church will follow strict COVID protocols - reserving every other row for guests. Face masks and social distancing will be mandatory for all in attendance.
