We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2022, at the age of 2, Faith Elyse Perry of Mokena, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Alec Perry and Rachel Perry (Medina); her siblings, Bennett Dienst and Iris Dienst; her grandparents, Karen Shaw (Keith), Dan Medina (Karen), Jim and Renee Perry; and her godparents, Paige Shaw and Luke Schuler.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Lurie's Children's Hospital or Advocate Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
