She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence; her sons, Anthony and David; her siblings, Mary Ellen Lavin and Joseph Peterson; and her foster sisters, Carolyn LeBeau and Mary LeBeau.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Glielmi (Patricia), Regina Fike (late Daniel), Angela Glielmi, Arlene Hopkins (Mark), Lynne Horvath (Brian), Larry Glielmi (Vany), Mary Ann Ornelas (Bill), Robert Glielmi (Jymie) and Thomas Glielmi.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the ALS Foundation or the AIDS Foundation of Chicago in her name.
