She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fitzpatrick and Mary Fitzpatrick (Ryan). She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Rose (William) and Ann Horan (Jack). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Make a Wish Foundation or St Jude's Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
