He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Laszlo and Victoria Laszlo; and his brothers, Edward and Harold. He is survived by: his wife Celeste Laszlo; and his children, Craig Laszlo (Dawn), Wade Laszlo (Kelly), Sharon Tracy (late Rick), Linda Pesavento (Dave), Wendy Pogwizd (Mark), Brett Laszlo (Stacey), Tracey Fitzpatrick (Jarrod), Arthur Laszlo Jr. (Chris), Michelle Hedden (Jason) and Grace Ludvik (Phil). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Arthur asked that donations be made to the UChicago Medicine Cancer Center at Silver Cross.
