It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Randall of Modesto, Illinois, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert K. Clayton and Veta Mae Clayton (Hoots); her former husband James L. Cox; her children, Jimmy Cox of Modesto and Leslie R. Taylor (Cox); and her husband Carl "Lou" Randall.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Travis Bramley and Jamie Cox; and her sister Virginia Bender (William) of Mission, TX.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williamson Funeral Home (1405 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Youngblood Baptist Church.
