He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Smith; his children, Gerald Wayne of Mode, IL, John Fredrick of Mode, IL and Rebecca Medora Seibert (Brian) of Mode, IL; his grandchildren, Anthony Scott, Medora Rose and Garrett Wayne; and his mother-in-law Rosalie Smith of Mode, IL..
