She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Selock and Ina Belle Cain Selock; her daughter Billie Gayle Childress (Alan); her husband Junior; her sister Wilma Nohren; her brother-in-law Ed Nohren; and her son-in-law Ted Forcum.
She is survived by: her former husband Fred Smith, Jr.; her daughters, Karen Ann Forcum (Ted) and Karla Kay Mahar (Tim); her grandchildren, Gerald Wayne Forcum, John Frederick Forcum, Rebecca Medora Seibert (Brian), Kelly Childress and Kaitrin Tara Mahar; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Medora of Garrett, TJ, Sloane and Rebel.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for any donations to go to the Effingham County Humane Society (12073 N. 1000th Rd, Effingham, IL 62401), or an animal shelter of your choice, in memory of Rosalie's deep love for animals.
