He was predeceased by: his parents, John Forcum and Emma Margaret Forcum (Smith); and his siblings, Scott Forcum, Brad Forcum, Lula Lester and Amy Jo Donnel.
He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ellyn Yancy; his children, Brian Forcum (Andrea) of Shelbyville, IL and Jennifer Loveland (Andy) of Castle Rock, CO; his siblings, Ted Forcum (Karen) of Mode, IL, Dan Forcum (Jackie) of Mode, IL and Connie Weston (Robert) of North Port, FL; and his grandchildren, Brycen Forcum, Olivia, Layla, Connor Loveland and Jordyn Hill of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
