She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashton Oakley (Seth), Kelsey Oakley, Jess Oakley, Clint Tucker (Kim) and Toni Reynolds (Joe); her great grandchildren, Maddie, Dalton Dover, Zoie and Waylon Reynolds; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Bailey (Jordan), Kirby (James) and Hollie; her great grandchildren, Rylee and Emma; and her pet Isabella.
Memorials in Pat's honor may be made to A.L.S. and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
