He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Arthur and Ethel Harris (Spicer); and his son Steven Harris. He is survived by: his wife Susan L. "Susie" Schultz; his children, Vickie Ivey of Flowery Branch, GA and Samuel Turner (Olivia) of Mattoon, IL; and his brother Ray Harris (Mary) of Granite City, IL. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
