He was predeceased by: his parents, John Forcum and Margaret Forcum; and his siblings, Lula Lester, Amy Jo Donnel and Scott Forcum.
He is survived by: his son Jason Forcum of Mode, IL; and his siblings, Ted Forcum (Karen) of Mode, IL, Danny Forcum (Jackie) of Mode, IL, Roger Forcum (JoEllyn) of Mode, IL and Susie Weston (Bob) of North Port, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Shelby County Honor Guard.
