We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2020, at the age of 70, Wayne Eugene Wilda of Minooka, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward and Lucille Wilda (Runyan); his siblings, Richard Wilda, Marti Grabo and Charlotte Trishchler; and his pets, Precious, Lucky and Churchill (Choo-Choo).
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Wilda (Rainwater) of Minooka; his children, Nicole Wilda of Morris, IL, Wayne Wilda, Jr. of West Frankfort, IL, Tabitha Patterson (Wilda) of Murphysboro, IL, Heather Grissom (Wilda) of West Frankfort, IL, Jackie Fredrick (Wilda) of Murphysboro, IL and Stacy Laysalle of Morris, IL; his pet Makayla; and his siblings, Lavern Wilda (Debbie) of Minooka, Dennis Wilda (Sharon) of New Lenox, Kenny Wilda of Hutchinson, KS, David Wilda (Toni) of Joliet, Eddie Wilda (late Donna Jean) of Beaumont, TX, Dee Cappitelli (late Vic), Joyce Engle of Georgetown, TX and Paula Diaz of Joliet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Face masks will be required and social distancing will be practiced. Funeral services will be private and cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
