Mejia (Verenice) of Joliet and Rogelio (Christina) of Joliet; her stepchildren, Rose Mejia of Joliet and Ricardo Mejia of Joliet; her grandchildren, Michael Mejia (Jill), Sarah Cerillo (Adrian), Daniela, Sofia Rosales, Faustino, Carlos, Melinda, Jorge Jr. Torres, Isaiah, Richard Jr., Ariano, Giovani, Manuel, Adriano and Nicolas Mejia; her great grandchildren, Jaxson, Lukas Mejia and Adrian Cerillo Jr.; her brothers, Rafael Zamudio (Chole) of Guanajuato, GTO and Jose (Teresa) of Moroleón, GTO; her siblings-in-law, María Carmen Zamudio of Moroleón, GTO and Tomas Juarez of Moroleón, GTO; and her cousin Ofelia Perez (Antonio). She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
