He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Sigman and LaVelle Sigman; his wife Connie Sigman; his children, Carrie Tellor (Ted) of Minooka, IL and Kenneth Sigman (Mary) of Tampa; his grandchildren, Meghan, Emily, Austin, Gabriella and Tommy; and his siblings, Mary Albert of Prineville, OR and Bill Sigman (Karen) of Prineville, OR.. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a celebration/memorial of Richard's life will be held this summer and at that time his ashes will be interred.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Richard's name may be made to Joliet Area Community Hospice or a charity of your choice.
