She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joan Ward, Dr. Robert and Rachel Reigh. She is survived by: her parents, Mark Ward and Debra Ward; her sibling Lauren Smith (Sam); her grandfather William R Ward; her nieces and nephews, Eden and Adalynn Smith; and her aunts and uncles, Pam, Diane (Bill), Rob (Pat), John (Karen), Donna (Steve), Randy, Rachel, Greg (Alice), Dan (Chris), Cathy (Mike) and Paul (Kay).

The family welcomes donations to the Will County Humane Society to honor Nicole's passion for helping animals.
