He is survived by: his sister Mildred Kratovil; his children, Joseph Macejik (Judy), Glen Macejik (Sandra), Lynn West and Sharon Roschay (John); and his grandchildren, Tory, Joe, Cole, Katie, Bradley and Hillary.
