He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Lentz (Heath) and Lawrence R. Lentz. He is survived by: his wife Corliss Carter Lentz; his children, Jennifer Lentz, Rebecca Schiltz (Richard) and Christopher Lentz (Valerie Fuller); his grandchildren, Tesia Schiltz (Zach Bundies), Tyler Schiltz, Kathryn Schiltz, Brianna, James and Alexander Lentz; and his siblings, Thomas Lentz (Judy), David Lentz (Jeri) and Marjorie Porter (David).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations and contributions be made to The Woodlands Community Presbyterian Church, African Partnership Group in The Woodlands, and the Montgomery County Food Bank in Conroe, Texas.
