With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Wesley Carr of Minooka, Illinois, born in Teresita, Missouri, who passed away on September 9, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Reba Carr and Paul Carr; his siblings, Jim Car (Jean) and Judy Howe (Mike); his grandson Andy Carr; and his nephew Nicholas Howe.

He is survived by : his wife Phyllis; his children, Michael Carr (Marilou) of Minooka and Lynnette Singh (Khem) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Jessica Bastian (Matt), Jonathan Carr (Brittany), Jason Singh (Tanya), Jeffrey Singh (Joanna) and Mallory Carr; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Beckett and Lily.
