He was predeceased by: his parents, Reba Carr and Paul Carr; his siblings, Jim Car (Jean) and Judy Howe (Mike); his grandson Andy Carr; and his nephew Nicholas Howe.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Michael Carr (Marilou) of Minooka and Lynnette Singh (Khem) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Jessica Bastian (Matt), Jonathan Carr (Brittany), Jason Singh (Tanya), Jeffrey Singh (Joanna) and Mallory Carr; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Beckett and Lily.
