She was predeceased by: her parent-in-law Kenneth Mikos; and her grandparents, Dorothy Nelson, Dorothy Hay and James Hay. She is survived by: her spouse Kenn Mikos; her parents, Timothy Hay and Patricia Block; her parent-in-law Pamela Mikos; her siblings, Brian Hay, Amanda Bahr (Robert Bahr) and Fond; her siblings-in-law, Sarah Mikos, John Mikos (Jennifer), Daniel Mikos, Elisabeth Mikos, Aaron Mikos (Basia), Patrick Mikos, Barbara Mikos and Sandra Mikos; and her child Grace Kathleen Mikos. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends.
Eileen was preceded in death by her grandparents Dorothy Nelson, Dorothy Hay and James Hay. in Lieu of flowers contributions to family are appreciated.
