Sr. Michalak and Grace Michalak; his sisters, Karen Gniedziejko (Jeffrey), Teresa Majewski (Steve) and Debra Bazata (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Marci Gniedziejko (Larry Noga), Nicholas Gniedziejko (Lindsay), Eric Gniedziejko, Matthew Majewski (Jessica), Amanda Majewski (Nicholas), Jennifer Bazata and Adam Bazata (Jackie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aubrey, Connor and McKenzie.
