He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mahalik and Florence Mahalik. He is survived by: his son Shawn Harvey (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jonathan and Shian; and his siblings, Dorothy Adler, Robert (Mary Lou) and Rich Mahalik (Nancy). He is also survived by niece, nephews, and many dear friends.
