He was predeceased by: his parents, Dannie Kline and Frances Guy Kline; and his niece Sadie Shaner. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Hofmann (Anthony) of Normal, IL and Trisha Thomann (Eric Staub) of Burlington, IA; his sisters, Cathy Schaefer (Jon) of Lomax, IL and Jody Miller (Kenny) of Monmouth, IL; his grandchildren, Harrison, Christian Hofmann, Cash and Camry Thomann; his mother-in-law Linda Zulz of Wenona; and his pet Milo.
