He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Hock and Mary Oleda Nunn Hock. He is survived by: his spouse Kay Witzig; his children, Jeff Hock of Minonk, IL and Sarah Holstine (Kevin) of Towanda, IL; his siblings, Carolyn Eikenmeyer (John), Sandy Holter of Pueblo, CO, Jack Hock of Minonk, IL and Ron Hock (Debbie) of Valencia, CA; and his grandsons, Raymond and Noah Holstine.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke or to the Minonk Ambulance Fund.
