He was predeceased by: his parents, William Uphoff and Esther Uphoff (Oldenburg); and his brother Richard Uphoff. He is survived by: his spouse Margy E. Smith; his children, Scott Uphoff (Brenda) of El Paso, Laura Mahnke (Steve) of El Paso, Randy Uphoff (Beth) of Minonk and Chuck Uphoff (Candi); and his brother-in-law Roland Smith (Sue) of Sturgeon Bay, WI.
