It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Oltman of Minonk, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her former husband Arlen West; her husband Jack Oltman; her daughters, Rachel Kramer (Scott) of Germantown Hills, IL, Gretchen McDonald (John) of Peoria, IL and Megan West of Washington, IL; her stepchildren, Jeff Oltman of Minonk, IL and Julie Brooks (Paul) of Benld, IL; her siblings, Jim Kennel of Metamora, IL, Bob Kennel (Ellen) of Metamora, IL, Mary Jo Barnhill of Danvers, IL, Tim Kennel of Metamora, IL and Lisa Delaney (Greg); her sister-in-law Renae Kennel of Lowpoint, IL; her grandchildren, Maria Wolfe (Benjamin), Weston Kramer, Taylor Lowery, Brayden Lowery, Jennifer Mulch (Luke), Stephanie Shipman (Randy), Molly Krug (Quinn), Christopher Oltman and Nathan Oltman; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Wolfe, Lydia Mulch, Charlotte Mulch, Rendan Shipman and Kirsten Shipman. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
