With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penelopy Joann Quinn of Minonk, Illinois, born in London Mills, Illinois, who passed away on July 30, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Armstrong and Isabelle Jennings Armstrong; her husband John Byrd Quinn; and her granddaughter Samantha Hammontree. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen "Kem" Hammontree (Curtis), Rick Joyal (Kendra) and Celena Wilson (Eldon); and her grandchildren, Anthony Hammontree (Finley), Jacob, MacKenzie Joyal, Makayla Leal and Zachary Wilson.
