She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd E. Davis and Pearl A. Teipel Davis; her spouse Thomas D. Ketchmark Sr.; her son Thomas D. Jr.; her siblings, Donald A. Davis and Louise Medlin; and her granddaughter-in-law Lindsay Weber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Colleen Weber (Wayne) of Minonk, Christie Ruestman (Randy) of Minonk and Cindy Meyer (Craig) of Minonk; her grandchildren, Morgan Koehler (Rick), Jordan Meyer (Jon), Trent Ruestman (Tracy), Cody Weber (Brittney Burkett), Logan Weber (Sammy), Abby Jo Weber, Zach Meyer, Nick Meyer and Kenzie Meyer; and her great grandchildren, Cali, Braxton, Ricki, Clayton Koehler, Lincoln, Hattie Meyer, Bentley Weber, Greyson Weber-Burkett, Griffin Weber, Blake and Claire Machado. She is also survived by her family, grandkids, great-grandkids, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family who will distribute them to PJ's many charities.
