He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Usherwood and Marilyn Usherwood Jr. (Linder); and his sister Bernadine Nielsen. He is survived by: his sisters, Crystal Corcoran (Angela Owens) of Streator and Laferia Sims of Jacksonville, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Norman Talbert, Tina Darrow, T. J. Widmer, Christina Talbert, Terry Sims Jr., Sandra Sims, Vaughn Sims and Sean Sims.
